IoT Partner Program
Sell IoT Monitoring Under Your Own Brand
Our IoT partner program is one thing, done properly: you sell monitoring to your customers as a service, on a platform that carries your name and sits on your domain. ioX-Pulse is the software your customers sign in to. As far as they are concerned, you built it.
The alternative is building that platform yourself, which means accounts, roles, dashboards, alerting, reporting and a team to keep all of it running while the business you actually wanted to run waits behind it. Partnering gives your customers the same experience without the engineering program underneath, and you keep the parts that are genuinely yours: the customers, the pricing and the relationship.
- Your name, your logo, your colors and your own domain on the software your customers use
- Each of your customers gets their own account and cannot see any other customer's data
- Invitations, password resets and alerts sent from your address rather than ours
- You set your own prices and bill your own customers
- Hardware bought from us ships unlabeled, so your logo goes on the device as well as the screen
- Add your second customer, and your tenth, without another integration project

Who does what
What Being a Partner Actually Involves
Partners are usually service providers, system integrators or specialists who already sell to a market and want monitoring to be part of what they offer. As a white label reseller you own the customer and the commercial relationship. We own the platform and everything under it. Here is where the line falls.
| You | Us |
|---|---|
| Find, sell to and keep your customers. | Run the platform they use, and keep it running. |
| Set your prices, package it your way, and bill your own customers on your own terms. | Charge you on partner pricing that improves as your fleet grows. |
| Decide what gets monitored and how, and configure it in your workspace. | Keep the device profiles, decoders and dashboards current as new hardware appears. |
| Be the first line of support, because you are the name your customer knows. | Take what you escalate, and stay out of sight while you do the talking. |
| Put your brand on it: name, logos, colors, domain and email. | Make all of that a settings page rather than a professional services engagement. |
| Build recurring revenue on customers who stay. | Suspend, reactivate or move a customer's account without losing their data. |
That is the whole arrangement. If your business does not fit it, tell us on the first call and we will say so rather than sell you something that will not work.

A first call is about your business, not a demo. Where you sell, what you sell today, and whether any of this makes you money
Not a logo swap
What a Partner Workspace Gives You
You get a workspace of your own, with your customers inside it as separate accounts. Here is what that means in practice, rather than in principle.
- Your app name, logos, favicon, home-screen icon and brand colors throughout the interface, tone-mapped automatically so dark mode does not need a second set
- Your own subdomain with its own TLS certificate, so the address bar and the padlock both say your company
- Invitations, password resets and alerts sent from your address, through your own mail provider
- Each customer in their own account, with their own devices, dashboards and users, unable to see anything outside it
- Every customer account inherits your branding, so nothing drifts as you add customers
- Network server connection details can be hidden entirely, so your customers never have to see the machinery behind your service
- A versioned API and signed webhooks, so you can build your own front end on top if you ever want one
The branding side of this is covered in detail on our white-label IoT platform page, including exactly what you can upload and what works best in each slot.
The honest version
Partner With Us, or Build the Platform Yourself
Plenty of companies in this position build their own. It is a legitimate choice and sometimes the right one. Here is the same work, done both ways.
| The job | Building your own platform | Partnering with ioX-Connect |
|---|---|---|
| Giving a customer a login | Build accounts, roles, permissions and password flows | A customer account is a setting |
| Showing them their data | Build a dashboard layer and keep it working on every screen size | Build one dashboard for a device type and every unit of that type inherits it |
| Telling them something is wrong | Build alerting, then build the throttling that stops it becoming noise | Rules with alarm handling already thought through |
| Putting your name on it | Front-end work every time the brand changes | Upload your logo and set your colors |
| Adding your second customer | The same integration work again | Another account in the same workspace |
| Supporting a new sensor | Read the datasheet and write a decoder | Pick the profile, or ask us for one |
The case for building your own is real when the platform itself is the product you are selling. If it is the delivery mechanism for a service you sell, the engineering rarely pays for itself.
Bring your own, or buy from us
Where the Hardware Comes From
ioX-Pulse is not tied to our hardware. Any standards-compliant LoRaWAN gateway connects, and the device profile library covers sensors from major manufacturers, with a request path for anything not in it. Cellular NB-IoT and LTE-M devices are supported alongside LoRaWAN.
Most partners buy sensors and gateways from us anyway, because one supplier is simpler than three, and because hardware bought from us can be supplied unlabeled. Your logo goes on the device itself, so the branding your customer sees on screen is the branding on the box in their hand. That is a convenience, not a condition. If you already have a hardware relationship you want to keep, keep it.
What carries your name, and what does not
| What | Carries your brand | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| ioX-Pulse | Yes | The platform your customers sign in to. This is the program. |
| Sensors and gateways | Yes | Supplied unlabeled when bought from us, so your own logo goes on the device. |
| ioX-Bridge | No | The LoRaWAN network server underneath. Stays under our name, and your customers need never see it at all. |
| ioX-CMMS | No | Available alongside your offer, under our name. |
| ioX-Analytics | No | Available alongside your offer, under our name. |
White-labeling covers ioX-Pulse and the hardware you buy from us, on screen and on the device. The network server, the maintenance module and the analytics module are available to you and to your customers, and they keep our name on them.
Common Questions About Partnering With ioX-Connect
If your question is not here, email sales@iox-connect.com and you will get a straight answer
You sell monitoring to your customers under your own brand, on ioX-Pulse. The platform carries your name, your colors and your domain, each of your customers gets their own account inside your workspace, and you set your own prices and bill them yourself. We run the platform, keep the device profiles current, and take the technical escalations you send us.
Yes. You buy on partner pricing and sell on whatever terms suit your market. What you charge your customers is your business, and we have no visibility into it or say over it.
No. Any standards-compliant LoRaWAN gateway connects, and the device profile library covers sensors from major third-party manufacturers, with a request path for anything not in it. Most partners buy hardware from us because one supplier is simpler than three, not because they are required to.
Not if you do not want them to. The interface carries your name, logos and colors, sits on your own domain, and sends email from your address. Network server connection details can be hidden across the whole workspace, so even the machinery under your service stays out of sight. The API documentation and the product documentation are the exceptions and are not rebranded per partner.
No. Each customer sits in their own account with its own devices, dashboards and users, and nothing crosses between them. Access settings can narrow what somebody sees inside an account but can never widen it beyond that account.
You do. You are the name they know, so you take the call. Anything you cannot resolve comes to us, and we stay out of sight while you handle the relationship.
