One workspace, many customers
Run ioX-Pulse as Your Own Platform
If you deliver monitoring to your own customers rather than running a single deployment, you need one workspace with a sub-account for each customer, your branding across all of them, and a way for customers to onboard themselves.
- A sub-account for each customer, project or site, each with its own devices, users, dashboards and alarms, and a banner that shows you which account you are in.
- Your logo, colors, banner, custom domain and support email applied once and inherited by every sub-account.
- Customers claim their own devices with a DevEUI and serial number, and you can reserve inventory devices for a specific customer before they ship.
- Self-service signup and billing, so partner accounts can be set up and paid for without a manual step.
Frequently Asked Questions About ioX-Pulse Pricing
Most pricing questions come down to the same few things: what the plan limit actually counts, what changes as you move up a plan, and what happens when your fleet grows. Those are answered directly below. If something is not covered, email sales@iox-connect.com and you will get a straight answer.
Each plan is sized for a different fleet. Pulse Lite covers up to 10 devices with 3 dashboards, which suits a pilot or a single small site. Pulse Core covers up to 25 devices with 5 dashboards. Pulse Edge covers up to 50 devices with 10 dashboards and adds Networks, Device Certification Tracking, and Advanced Sensor Workflows. Pulse Pro covers up to 100 devices with unlimited dashboards and adds Multi-Site and External Sensor Integration.
Every plan includes unlimited gateways, device management, sensor alarms with email notifications, and user and client management. If you run more than 100 devices, contact sales@iox-connect.com for a plan built around your deployment.
Choose a plan above and click Subscribe, or Free Trial on Pulse Edge and Pulse Pro. Checkout is handled online, and you manage your subscription from inside ioX-Pulse. If a payment ever fails, a past-due banner appears in the platform with a Manage subscription link so you can update your details without losing access to your dashboards.
Networks and Multi-Site are plan features, so check the plan grid above for the plan you are considering. A Network groups the sensors and gateways installed at one facility that work together to send data to ioX-Pulse. Multi-Site adds a nestable location hierarchy, such as campus and building, that your networks, devices, and gateways attach to, so you can filter your fleet by site and restrict a team member to one site.
Networks are included on Pulse Edge and Pulse Pro. Multi-Site is included on Pulse Pro.
Yes. Every plan supports the RF and LoRaWAN sensors and gateways sold by ioX-Connect, so you can run temperature, humidity, water leak, vibration, flow, and other sensors on the same plan and the same gateways. Hardware is sold separately from the subscription.
Connecting devices that ioX-Connect did not supply is covered by External Sensor Integration, which the grid shows on Pulse Pro. Contact sales@iox-connect.com to talk through your device list.
Yes. You can move between plans as your device count and monitoring needs change, and your devices, dashboards, and workflows stay in place. Choose the plan that fits the devices you are deploying now and step up when your fleet grows.
Data retention is how long your historical readings stay stored and available in ioX-Pulse. If you need to keep readings for longer than your plan allows, the Extend Data Retention add-on is available on every plan through sales. The Advanced Analytics/Dashboards add-on on Pulse Edge and Pulse Pro also keeps your data for as long as your account is active.
Every plan lets you set sensor alarms and send email notifications when a reading crosses a threshold. Advanced Sensor Workflows add further alarm, notification, and trigger logic, for example acting on a reading to send a command to another device, such as closing a valve when a leak sensor reports water. They are included on Pulse Edge and Pulse Pro.
You need them when a reading should do more than send an email: when it should trigger a downstream action or drive logic across several devices.
Advanced Analytics/Dashboards is available on Pulse Edge for +$95 a month and on Pulse Pro for +$125 a month. It keeps your data for as long as your account is active and adds trend analysis and forecasting.
Predictive Maintenance is available on Pulse Pro through sales. Maintenance Management (ioX-CMMS) and Extend Data Retention are available on every plan through sales. SMS alerts are included on every plan; SMS credits are purchased separately from the subscription.
No specialist skills are needed, but devices do not appear on their own. You register each LoRaWAN device in ioX-Pulse with its DevEUI and AppKey, either one at a time or by importing a list, and you register your gateway once. If a device was supplied to you by a partner, you can claim it yourself by entering its DevEUI and serial number. Once registered and powered on, the device joins through your gateway and its readings appear on your dashboards.
Device profiles carry the payload decoder for each device model, so you pick the profile that matches your sensor rather than writing decoding logic yourself. If you get stuck, email sales@iox-connect.com.
LoRaWAN traffic between your sensors and gateways is encrypted with AES-128 keys. Inside the platform, roles such as Administrator, Operator, and Viewer control what each person can see and change, and Multi-Site lets you restrict a team member to a single site.
Yes. Annual billing saves you 10% compared with paying monthly, and the plan cards show the annual price when you switch the toggle. For deployments above 100 devices, contact sales@iox-connect.com for pricing built around your device count.
